When Texas A&M Engineering succeeds, communities grow and prosper.
The Texas A&M University College of Engineering provides students with a transformative education built on a foundation of core engineering skills vital to preparing them for a global workforce. Our faculty and students stretch the boundaries of research innovation and academic excellence to impact the world.
The College of Engineering is one of the largest in the country, with more than 24,000 engineering students enrolled throughout 15 departments and 22 majors. Our departments are consistently ranked among the nation’s top public programs by U.S. News & World Report. We also annually rank among the top universities for our inclusive excellence and nationally recognized faculty and funded research.
With more than 700 faculty, ranging from National Academy members to professors of practice, the college brings undergraduate and graduate students a full spectrum of education and research opportunities. Technologies developed through our research programs have helped make health care more accessible to underrepresented populations, improved autonomous vehicles and energy efficiency, and strengthened the nation’s infrastructure.
When Texas A&M Engineering succeeds, communities grow and prosper. No other engineering program moves with this tempo and is on this trajectory to impact the country. I invite you to review our Graduate Highlights and learn more about the outstanding research conducted by our faculty and students, as well as the significant investments Texas A&M Engineering has made in research and educational facilities.
